Motivational Monday: Let's change our diets.

Yep, today we're going to talk food!
Food for our bodies, food we enjoy, food we crave... FOOD
!
Ok, so we all know that food is important; what we put into our bodies is going to reflect how well our bodies function, how long they live, and how they feel on a daily basis. Good fuel in --- good performance out!
Simple!
BUT....
What about everything else? The " food
" we're feeding our bodies is not necessarily the only
physical stuff that's on our plates. It's SO much more than just that.
It's what we eat, what we think, what we read and so much more.
What about the people you're hanging out with?
Do you realize that they are impacting the person you are? They are silently (in most cases) influencing your thought patterns, your beliefs, your feelings about yourself.
What about those feelings you have about yourself?
If you're looking in the mirror and seeing someone who is fat --- guess what
--- it doesn't matter what anyone else sees, you have told yourself the story that you are fat. And you will be.
What if you're telling yourself a story that you're poor and that you're not worthy of better things

uess what --- that's what you will be.
What if you're telling yourself you're not good enough
--- guess what --- you won't be!
Let's change our diets!
RIGHT NOW --- TODAY!
Sit down and visualize what you want for your life. Is it a better job? Or a better relationship? Or a healthier body? Sit down and think about how wonderful life is going to be when you achieve what it is you want. Really FEEL it!
If you already have everything you desire --- FANTASTIC
! Sit in gratitude for it and FEEL that gratitude.
The feeling is the key! What if we have the power to do, to be and to achieve anything we want? What if that power is right at our fingertips? What if it is as simple as using our imagination! You know --- that thing we stopped using when we became adults! Just imagine if it were that simple!!!!
This week every night before you go to bed imagine the life you want, and wake up the next morning as if you already have that life! What do you have to lose?
During the day, be careful of what you choose to take into your world. Watch what you read. Watch what you listen to. Watch who you allow into your world. You will become what you allow! Begin imagining only that which you really desire!
It has been said that imagination is the beginning of creation --- let's create an amazing world and an amazing life for all who are in it!!!
